Meridian Realty Partners (MRP) in concert with it sister companies, Mid-States Financial Group/Meridian Mortgage, has been involved in the residential and commercial real estate markets since 1997.  Acting as a liaison between financial institutions and corporate and private end users, MRP has been instrumental in arranging over $840 Million in debt financing.  MRP is expanding on this knowledge and expertise by making investments through its own funds in conjunction with its discretionary real estate private equity fund.

Private Equity Funds

Operating in the value added investment sector, this initial fund will include a real estate portfolio that is diversified by both product type and geography.

MRP will acquire under-performing properties in which value can be added by the firm's deep in house real estate operating expertise. In addition, MRP reserves the right to construct commercial property types in markets where there is undersupply and where absorption rates are extremely favorable to merit new construction. MRP’s professionals have many years of experience in acquiring, redeveloping and operating many major property types in the mid-Atlantic region. By directly operating its own assets, MRP’s investors gain both a more cost effective and highly aligned investment structure. This singular approach will enabled MRP to deliver superior returns to its investment partners for years to come.
