Is this “For Sale by Owner” service really free?
Absolutely!

How do we proceed?
Give us a call.  We can then set up a meeting to discuss the particulars of your property, take a few pictures and post them on our site.  Short, sweet and simple.

How will interested parties contact me?
Simple.  They fill out a short contact form which is emailed to me and then we forward it to you.  We don’t do the selling, you do!

Will you pre-qualify a prospective borrower for me? 
Of course.  We can do that before we forward the contact information to you or after.  You let us know which you prefer. And again, we do this for FREE!

Am I going to be pressured into signing any sort of listing agreement with MRP?
No.  Our approach to sales is based on mutual benefit and trust.  This is something that can only be earned.

If my efforts fail to produce a willing and qualified buyer, will you help me?
YES.  We would be delighted to assist you.  We are experts in sales and marketing.  In addition we would be happy to discuss the options available to you through a professional listing and exposure in the MRIS/MLS directory.
